Fill out the form below and click the Continue button at the bottom.

You are registering for membership with Mandarin Christian Homeschoolers. Please note that this represents General Membership in MCH and does not include participation in our co-op, which has a separate application process.  If your join date is anytime in 2026, your membership is valid until June 1, 2027.  General Membership carries a $12.00 per family annual fee. To complete your General Membership registration, please do the following:

PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS BELOW CAREFULLY! 

1.  Fill out the online membership form below. Please use your cell number in the phone blank. This is for contact purposes in case of last-minute, on-the-road changes to field trips or other events.

2.  Follow the "Release and Waiver" link on question 2. Clicking the link will open a new window. Please fill out and submit the form. 

3. After filling and submitting the "Release and Waiver" form, go back to your General Memberhip Application form and click "yes" that you have filled out the "Release and Waiver" and hit the grey Continue buttom to submit your completed application. A new page will open, use the payment link to make your $12.00 annual membership payment and your registration is complete. The Pay Pal button may look grey, but you can still click on it. 

4.  Wait for an e-mail from MCH confirming membership.

5. If you get these instructions out of order, you will not be able to find the "PAY WITH PAYPAL" button. In that case, log in with the login and password you created and look at the top right-hand of the page. There you will find your balance due. Click there and you should be directed to PayPal.
